Single Leg Roman Dead Lift - Smith Machine

Stand on one leg under a Smith machine bar. Hinge at the hip to lower the bar along the leg as the rear leg lifts behind, keeping the back flat. Drive the hip forward to stand; the fixed bar path adds stability for loading.
