Conventional Deadlift

Stand with mid-foot under the bar, feet hip-width. Hinge at the hips and bend the knees to grip the bar just outside the legs, keeping a long, flat back and braced core. Drive through the floor, extending hips and knees together until standing tall, then lower under control along the same path.
