Single Leg Stand On Bosu (unstable surface)
Stand on the centre of a Bosu or balance cushion with one foot, keeping a slight bend in your knee and your other foot lifted off the ground. Maintain your balance as the surface shifts, using your calf and ankle muscles to make small adjustments and stay upright. This exercise improves proprioception, lower-leg control, and balance — ideal for building stability and reducing ankle or calf injury risk.
